NEW PUBLICATIONS TO BE ANNOUNCED
Composer/flutist, Mizi Tan, and Samantha Chang will be working together to release a series of new publications for flutists in October 2010. These works will highlight long forgotten favourites in the flute repertory as well as original unpublished compositions. The catalogue will be available for download in late September 2010. SAMANTHA CHANG PRODUCTIONS INC. 2010-2011 SEASON
Samantha Chang Productions Inc. strives to promote music development and education in Canada. Founded by Samantha Chang in 2010, the company will focus most of its effort on putting forth quality events in Ontario. In July 2010, the Canadian Flute Association began to operate as a division of Samantha Chang Productions Inc. MUSIC TUTTI 2010
Music Tutti, a new concert series beginning in 2010 showcasing talents from across Ontario while donating all proceeds to a charitable organization held its first event on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto – P. C. Ho Theatre. Over 600 people were in attendance and $3325 was raised for Dixon Hall Senior Program, the nominated charitable organization of the year.
2010年4月10日晚上大多倫多的約600名觀眾朋友們在何伯釗劇院意外地欣賞到了一場高水平的音樂會「Music Tutti 2010」。主辦人,青年長笛家張秋暘,也是當晚的主持人,以她美妙的笛音和副主持人小提琴家周人偉博士開場把大家帶進一個悠美的旋律境界。當晚介紹了臥龍藏虎於大多倫多地區的音樂家如﹕劉晨,多倫多上海三重奏,Rebecca Leung,Riverdale Ensemble,安省匯藝青年交響樂團等等。整場音樂會坐無虛席, 掌聲此起彼伏, 在悠揚的旋律中劃下完美的句點!並也替 Dixon Hall Senior Program 募得了3325元善款。

SKETCHING WITH MY FLUTE TOUR 2009-2010
Beginning in Toronto on March 07, 2009, Samantha Chang traveled to 23 locations worldwide to celebrate the release of her debut album "Flute Sketches". To mark its one year anniversary, Samantha, along with her colleagues: Conrad Chow and Ellen Meyer, concluded the year long tour with a flourish at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.
